Deltech Resins Company has recently acquired the resins businesses of UR-Cryl Polymer and Thibaut & Walker. Deltech Resins is a newly formed company and is part of the Deltech Group.

Deltech Resins Co. now offers technologies which include a line of polyurethane dispersions; acrylic emulsions; oil modified urethanes; short, medium and long oil specialty alkyds; water reducible alkyds; and co-polymer emulsions. The acquisitions will provide Deltech Resins with access to the Deltech feedstocks and other existing technologies and will provide the Deltech Group with further participation into targeted coatings resins markets.
